man oh man, i sure did had fun myself during the moment of moving onto a new year!
let's reminisce, 2007 was definitely a tough and fast year for me at least.
for brothers, we just get heavily on the things we indulged in, especially when KL is involved. this year was also the year we spent most of our nights together, for that reason. Haha.
for family, though bickered with them a bit, but it's definitely a better year compared to the others. didn't visit my other relatives that often too, that's unhealthy.
for genki, the first time going to a Dinner and Dance, met new phillipino friends, and also the departure of their attachment terms in Singapore. better understanding between staffs and many new rules set. also found my blossoms there, be it new, old, or used to.
for occupation, first time got myself into many jobs at a go, outdoor camp instructor under two companies, event company, genki, and recently, tuitioning 2 kids.
and lastly for relationship, first time went overseas with her, shortest time of relationship i ever had, first time ended the relationship with an awkard scene. the longest time i ever dwell of even though the breaking up.
for personal, many promises were being made, but few or none was fulfilled, be it to self, or to others. been scraping through merely this whole year. also first time earned enough money for me to actually went overseas with two other idiots, which also made my first phone to be spoilt by others into a toilet bowl with the stench of overseas water.
many first were made last year, more first time will be coming. may i be stronger than previous year, doing things fervently, bigger breathroughs and better life to come.

enough of reminiscing, talk about yesterday. was busy working at genki on the new year eve and made remarkable sales of 10.1K that particular night. though not very spectacular for a big outlet, but we had not been experiencing this kind of sales lately.hope that this could mean a good start for the coming year. work ended abruptly at 2330hrs and we was still deciding where to countdown, conclusion was at marina, at least there's fireworks, nice ambience and of course, not forgetting free food and beers!
sad to say though, we spent our countdown in the train at the stop bugis. ran up to the station once we reached city hall and managed to catch a glimpse of the fireworks. not a wasted trip afterall.
pushed through the crowd and fond shelter at marina square genki, had some finger food and drank a few bottles of beers and red wines. everyone was like on top of the world and was expecting a better year ahead. had great fun celebrating with them. went to K Box after that, but it was way too expensive for a 4hr singing session. 40 bucks for a person! even a bomb doesn't cost that much. still, we went in thinking it was a good moment and money should not be an issue for that moment. took train back and had breakfast together at interchange.
well, tomorrow will be a school day, of which i also have tuition at night. gonna cut G.I as another time of confirmation of brotherhood! ah... gonna be botak for the third time!
